At Jazzy Faith Designs, we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders.

Because we use a sustainable Print-on-Demand model, every item is custom-made just for you after you place your order. We work with trusted local production partners right here in the UK to ensure your items arrive quickly and sustainably, without long overseas delays.

1. UK Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Cost: FREE (Royal Mail / Local Courier)

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 8 Business Days

Breakdown of Delivery Time: Since your item is made to order, please allow time for production before it ships.

  • Production Time: 2 – 4 Business Days (Printing & Quality Check)

  • Shipping Time: 2 – 4 Business Days (Transit to your door)

Note: During peak seasons (Christmas/Mother's Day), production may take an extra 1-2 days. We will always keep you updated.

2. How It Works (Our Sustainable Process)

  1. You Order: You choose your favourite design and personalize it if applicable.

  2. We Print: Your order is automatically routed to our UK production facility. We print, cut, and sew (for apparel) or hand-assemble (for frames/books) your item.

  3. We Ship: Your item is packaged securely and handed to Royal Mail or a trusted local courier.

  4. You Receive: You get a high-quality, custom gift made just for you!

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update after you receive the email.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number after 5 business days, please contact us.

4. Multiple Packages

If you order different types of products (e.g., a Mug and a Canvas Print), they may be produced at different specialized UK facilities. This means your items might arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Don't worry—you won't be charged extra!

5. Issues with Delivery

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if the package hasn't moved in 10 days, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the courier and send a free replacement if it is confirmed lost.

  • Wrong Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us within 1 hour of ordering so we can fix it before printing begins.
