Revised Returns and Quality Guarantee Policy
This policy is in line with the latest analysis, which requires explicit, high-contrast disclosure regarding the non-returnable nature of custom-printed apparel.
1. Our Custom Order Policy (Change of Mind & Returns)
As every item at Jazzy Faith Designs is Custom-Printed and Hand-Finished upon order, we strictly adhere to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 exemption for goods that are "made to order" or "personalized."

Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or unwanted gifts once production has begun.

Cancellations: Due to our automated, fast UK production process, orders are sent to our printing partners immediately. We can generally only accept cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed.
2. 100% Quality Guarantee (Refunds & Replacements)
We want you to love your items. While returns for change of mind are excluded, you are fully protected by our 100% Quality Guarantee. You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if your item arrives with any of the following manufacturing issues:

Print Errors: The design is blurry, streaky, peeling, or significantly different from the final product mock-up.

Damaged/Defective: The item arrived torn, broken, or possesses clear manufacturing flaws.

Wrong Item/Size Sent: You received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., you ordered a Large T-shirt, but the garment tag reads Medium).
How to Report an Issue: Please email us at sales@jazzyfaithdesigns.com within 30 days of delivery. You must include your Order Number and a clear photograph of the defect/issue. We will arrange a free replacement immediately—you do not need to return the faulty item.
3. Sizing & Measurement Issues
Because every item is custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size was ordered by the customer. We strongly advise comparing the detailed size chart on the product page against a well-fitting garment you already own before purchasing.

Exception (Manufacturing Defect): If the garment you receive does not match the measurements on our size chart by a margin of more than 1 inch (2.5cm), this is considered a manufacturing defect. In this case, please send us a photo measuring the item, and we will issue a free replacement under the Quality Guarantee.
