Founder’s Story

Every movement begins with a moment — a whisper, a burden, a yes. JFD started long before the first design, long before the name, long before the idea of a House. It began with obedience.

Where It Began

For years, God stirred something in my spirit that I couldn’t fully explain. A desire to create. A desire to encourage. A desire to build something that pointed people back to Him. It wasn’t a business idea — it was a burden. A holy one.

The Turning Point

The real shift came through my daughter, Jas. Watching her grow, navigate life, and discover her identity awakened something in me. A fire. A responsibility. A calling to build something that would speak life into her generation — and the ones after.

The First Yes

What started as simple designs became declarations. Identity markers. Legacy pieces. I realised I wasn’t just creating clothing — I was creating a language of hope. A way for people to carry their testimony into everyday spaces.

From Brand to House

JFD grew into something bigger than I ever planned. A movement. A family. A House built on encouragement, testimony, and activation. A place where people can breathe, belong, and become.

The Heart Behind It All

My heart is simple: To build a House where people encounter hope. To create a space where identity is restored. To honour stories. To activate people into their God‑given calling. To leave a legacy that outlives me.
