The Quiet Truth
Share
Honesty begins small. It doesn’t demand a confession or a spotlight — it asks for a moment of truth.
This week, take one quiet moment to pause and ask:
“What truth am I avoiding right now?”
Don’t rush to fix it. Don’t explain it away. Just name it.
Then, bring that truth into the light — in prayer, in your journal, or in conversation with someone safe.
Let the light touch it. Let God meet you there.
If you want to go deeper:
-
Write one sentence that begins with “The truth is…”
-
Read it aloud slowly.
-
Sit in silence for one minute afterward.
That’s it. No performance. No pressure. Just presence.
